“Fiasco” is a compelling short film set on Europa, one of Saturn’s moons, exploring themes of utopia vs. dystopia, environmental exploitation, totalitarian control, and the intricate relationship between a mother and her daughter. The narrative follows Soren, a loyal officer of the Zeus corporation, as she confronts the harsh realities of her society’s consumption of resources and suppression of dissent. Tasked with investigating a mysterious activity, Soren uncovers a message from her long-lost mother, revealing the corporation’s destructive actions and igniting a quest for truth and redemption. Amidst a backdrop of global calamity and personal revelation, “Fiasco” intertwines the struggle for survival with the hope for a better future, emphasizing the resilience of human connection and the fight against oppression.

AI Artist Ksenia Klimanova / aixenia is an art historian, curator, and cultural project producer, with a degree from the Prague Media School. With over a decade of experience in the cultural sector, she has worked with renowned institutions such as the Lumière Brothers Center for Photography, the Jewish Museum and Tolerance Center, and the Museum Stank’s Culture of Consumption. Ksenia has also been involved in prestigious art awards, including the Innovation Prize for Contemporary Art. Currently, she is exploring the realm of AI-generated films.
